Digital Product & Event Policy
All purchases made for our digital products, online summits, workshops, or virtual events are considered final. As these are digital services with immediate access, returns are not applicable.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a conditional refund under the following circumstances:
- If you attend the summit/workshop and genuinely feel that it did not provide any practical value or clarity related to the stated objectives, you may request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be made within 24 hours after the event concludes
- You must provide a brief reason explaining why the content was not helpful to you
Once reviewed and approved, the full entry fee will be refunded to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- You fail to attend the event after registering
- The request is made outside the stated refund window
- The reason provided does not align with the stated purpose of the event
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
